Before You Apply
- How does the concierge desk work
- You send a word. The desk sources the aircraft, yacht or car, confirms the operator and crew, and arranges every detail, to your standard. You approve, and you travel.
- What is a jet card
- A jet card holds flight hours in advance with guaranteed availability, so the aircraft is yours on short notice at a known rate. The desk also arranges on-demand charter when a card is not the right fit. It reads the trip and recommends which serves you better.
- How do I apply
- Membership is by invitation. You may apply privately in four short questions. The desk reads every application by hand and qualifies quietly, then a concierge reaches you directly.
- Who moves the money
- The concierge arranges travel and is not a regulated financial entity. All movement of money and all identity verification is carried by Maven Pay Inc. of Canada, a registered money services business (FINTRAC C1000000640) supervised by the Bank of Canada.
- Where does the desk arrange
- Worldwide. Aircraft on call across regions, yachts across the Mediterranean and beyond, and chauffeured transfers wherever you land. One private desk, wherever the journey takes you.
